Eyetracked partnered with Mum’s Whole Food, a leading organic grocery retailer, to conduct a comprehensive in-store eye-tracking performance audit. Using our VPS smart glasses, we monitored real customer journeys to uncover how shoppers navigated aisles, interacted with promotional displays, and focused their visual attention within key product zones. The analysis revealed underperforming shelf areas and inefficient signage placement that diverted attention away from high-margin products. By re-designing visual layouts and repositioning display points based on gaze-heatmap data, the client achieved a 17% uplift in product engagement and a noticeable improvement in overall dwell time. This project demonstrates how visual intelligence transforms traditional merchandising into data-driven decision-making, delivering measurable ROI through smarter design and enhanced customer experience.
